A workshop on the opportunities of San Marino registration will be held at 15:15 on Friday, September 22nd. The team will be available to discuss opportunities for registration and fiscal advantages reserved to San Marino-flagged vessels. Tax Benefits include:  Companies must fulfil the following requirements to benefit from the incentives. Moreover, ships imported by San Marino established companies that are exclusively used for commercial transport of passengers and/or cargo shall benefit of a full exemption from the San Marino import tax. In order to benefit of the said tax exemption the relevant ship(s) shall not be sold to other parties for a period of two (2) years after their registration in San Marino. The luxury tax previously charged on private and commercial ships has been repealed effective from the fiscal year 2023.
